Application:

Planer and Thicknesser Spiral Planer heads used for all types of timbers on all types of machines. The multiple carbide inserts greatly reduces cutting resistance and requires less horse power to remove material.

Capable of cutting knotty wood, stringy wood and hard wood. If one insert edge is dull or damaged, rotate it to another edge. Replace only the inserts when all four edges are dull or damaged.

These features greatly reduces down time.

The spiral cutter heads produce smaller chips, enhance chip extraction and much less noise.
